History:

It is believed that the Moringa tree originated in the Himalayan foothills and was being used in Indian medicine around 5,000 years ago. In ancient Indian Ayurvedic medicine Moringa leaves were used to prevent or treat various diseases. Moringa was prized for its therapeutic properties and was used by the Romans, Greeks and Egyptians to manufacture skin care products and for water purification.
